![]() It’s been amazing going through this journey. Head on down and check it out and see for yourself. I’m guessing that it’s making its way out to shops all over, if it’s not there already. Have you tried it? Do you agree with my assessment? I’d love to hear your thoughts down in the comments below.Īs I mentioned, I picked this up just down at my local Kroger. Yes, it’s still strawberry, but just a bit more specific than just the artificial berry, since the sugar gets cooked ever so slightly while being made. I will say, as I’ve been sipping this morning, a new sort of idea hit me in the head: strawberry cotton candy. It’s not like this is plum or onion or … I almost said cake, but they already have that flavor… y’know, it’s hard to come up with flavors that PepsiCo hasn’t made… So, yeah, still strawberry, but it seems slightly different to me. And that’s mostly what I’m still tasting. The previous have been strawberry flavored (to me). And each time I’ve tried it, I’ve thought, “wait, this tastes different… doesn’t it?… kinda… but maybe not… but maybe…” And still tasting it now, part of me is thinking, “yeah, it does seem just a little bit different.” I simply held off on doing the review until I had a couple specialty-order Dews in so I could make this review my 50th. I got a 12-pack a little over a week ago at my Kroger and have had a couple since then. Now, I will admit, this is not the first can of Voo-Dew 2021 that I have drank. It still smells berry-fruity, but it’s just slightly tweaked from how it had been. Now, it’s been around a year since I had my last Voo-Dew back in 2020, so it might just be my memory is a little foggy, just like this soda, but, to me… it kinda smells slightly different than it did before. That same, slightly foggy, but white soda. Oh, and before anyone says I’m ruining the fun of the Mystery Flavor: spoilers ahead. Of course, before I get into the flavor, I need to get it out of the can. So, let’s have a taste of Voo-Dew 2021 and see if they’re still using the same formula. I knew they had a lot, but never realized just how many there could be out there! And so, for this special review, I’m going back to where I began. But I have been simply blown away by just how many there are! How many, exactly? Well, that’s the second thing special about this post: This is my 50th Dew Review! That’s right! I have tried 50 different flavors of Dew. ![]() I’ve always been a fan, wanting to seek out all the different flavors I could find. That’s right, it’s been 2 years since I took a real dive into the world of Mountain Dew. First off, it was earlier this month, but I am celebrating 2 years of Dew Reviews on my blog. What makes it so special? A couple things. Welcome back, everyone, to a very special Dew Review.
